Day One

On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by me Germano your tour guide/driver, then transferred to your accommodation in the heart of Cape Town. Here you will spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure either at the pool or experience what the V&A Waterfront has to offer. Activities range from a cosmopolitan mix of cafe’s, restaurants, boutiques, craft markets, and curios shops. Overnight Cape Town.

Day Two

Tee off at Steenberg golf course after breakfast. Designed by Peter Makovich, this course takes full advantage of natural features and hazards, surrounded by the mountains, vineyards and pine forests in the Constantia wine valley. Thereafter we walk, see, taste, learn and experience the culture and people that make Cape Town. Our last stop for the day will be a cable car journey up Table Mountain, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world, marvel at the panoramic views of the city which you’ve spent the day exploring.Then watch the sunset as you reflect on your idyllic day in the Mother City. Day Three

After breakfast, our Cape Point Tour begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic Coast, which is lined with the rugged peaks of the Twelve Apostle mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. We then take a short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur Seals. After that, we continue along the breathtaking world famous Chapman’s Peak Drive as we make our way to the Good Hope Nature Reserve, home to an array of fauna, birds, antelopes, ostrich and baboons. Here we will take a ride up in the Funicular tram to view the historical lighthouse and admire the view across False Bay. Then a short drive to see the most South-Western point of the African Continent. Our next stop will be at Boulders Beach to watch the colony of African Penguins in their natural habitat. Day Four

After breakfast the morning will be devoted to playing the beautiful coastal Atlantic Beach Golf Course, designed by Mark Muller. It offers the most breathtaking iconic view of Table Mountain and Atlantic Ocean. The golf course winds its way through undulating dunes and indigenous landscape. After your round of golf we travel to a wine tasting experience in the Durbanville wine valley. Overnight Cape Town.

Day Five

Today we embark on a full day wine tasting tour of the Stellenbosch wine estates. Surrounded by majestic mountain ranges and fertile green valleys, steeped in rich Dutch, French and British history, we visit one of the longest rows of historical buildings, dating back to the beginning of the colony. Then spend the remainder of the afternoon discovering many shops, museums, galleries , cafes and restaurants at your own pace. Overnight Franschoek.

Day Six

After breakfast you’ll be teeing off at Pearl Valley Golf Course. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, in the Franschoek-Paarl wine district. Surrounded by mountain ranges and down the road from Drakenstein Prison where Nelson Mandela took his first steps to freedom in 1990. This course is characterized by vineyards, lush greens, water features, indigenous vegetation and pine trees. We then head to the picturesque town of Franschoek- ‘french corner’ aboard a hop-on hop-off wine tram, stopping in at a selection of wine estates. Then spend the remainder of the afternoon discovering the French – Inspired cafes, shops, galleries, museums and restaurants at your own pace. Overnight Franschoek.

Day Seven

Today, we will travel the picturesque Whale Route to Hermanus, where we will enjoy a guided whale watching boat trip. (Season dependent June-December). After the boat trip we will head to a  wine tasting experience in the Hemel-en-Ararde wine valley, meaning ‘heaven and earth’ in Afrikaans. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure, beside the pool, or browse around the many, curios shops, boutiques, and craft markets or enjoy a walk along the seafront cliff paths. Day Eight

Today you will play a round of golf at Arabella golf course. Designed by Peter Matkovich. This classic parkland has tree-lined fairways, undulating landscape, tricky sand traps and challenging water hazards bordering a natural lagoon and view of the majestic Kogelberg mountains. After your round of golf we travel to a wine tasting experience at the Benguela cove lagoon wine estate. Spend the remainder of the afternoon either relaxing at the luxurious spa or lounge beside the pool. Overnight Hermanus.

Day Nine

With an early rise, we will embark on an unforgettable journey to the most southern tip of Africa at Cape Agulhas, meaning ‘Cape of Needles’ in Portuguese, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet and a visit to the historical lighthouse. We then head towards the Garden Route passing through picturesque farmlands and countryside towns. Spend the late afternoon at leisure. Overnight Game Reserve.

Day Ten

Today we will have an “OUT OF AFRICA” day as we witness the wildlife rising together with the African sun’s first ray over the authentic private game reserve, with breathtaking views of the river and the tranquil mountains. Enjoy a guided game viewing drive in an open safari vehicle accompanied by a game ranger. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure either relaxing at the bush spa, lounge beside the pool or browse the African curio shop, before heading out to a sunset game drive. Overnight Game Reserve.

Day Eleven

Today you’ll be teeing off at the Pinnacle Golf Course, designed by Peter Makovich, this course stretches along a spectacular coastline and boasts dramatic cliff-side holes with coastal views of the Indian Ocean from all areas of the course. After your round of golf we visit the site and museum of the first landfall made by the Portuguese explorer Bartholomew Dias in 1488 and the ‘post office’ tree where early pioneers left mail for the homebound ships to Europe. Overnight Mossel Bay.

Day Twelve

After breakfast, we will travel to Oudtshoorn “The Ostrich Capital of the World” where you will enjoy a guided tour of an Ostrich farm and the world famous Cango Caves dating back millions of years. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight George.

Day Thirteen

After breakfast, you’ll be teeing off at Fancourt Montagu golf course, designed by Gary Player. The course has typical parkland tree-lined fairways, undulating indigenous landscape and surrounded with scenic views of the majestic Outeniqua mountains. After your round of golf we visit some of George’s famous landmarks. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure, either relaxing at the luxurious health spa or beside the pool. Day Fourteen

Today we will travel to the picturesque town of Knysna along the Garden Route, famous for its oysters, for a boat trip on the Knysna lagoon to the Featherbed Nature Reserve, where we will embark on a Eco-Experience on a open vehicle ride and guided walk, followed by a buffet lunch in an outdoor setting under a canopy of milkwood trees overlooking the lagoon. Thereafter a visit to the Elephant, Monkey and Bird sanctuary. Overnight Knysna.

Day Fifteen

Today we tee off at Pezula Golf Estate. Designed by Dave & Ron Fream. Perched on the cliff-capped coastline with its sweeping spectacular fairways and greens, with breathtaking views across the Indian Ocean, Knysna lagoon and the majestic Outeniqua Mountains. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure either at the pool or experience what the Knysna waterfront has to offer, ranging from cafe’s, restaurants, markets and boutiques or a swim in the warm Indian ocean. Overnight Knysna..

Day Sixteen

We start our day driving to Tsistskamma National Park, Khoisan for ‘The place of much water’ known for its indigenous forests and   beautiful rugged coast line. On route we will stop at Bloukrans Bridge, home to the world’s highest bungee jump. We will walk through the dense forest path to see the oldest and tallest yellow tree in South Africa, then walk along the suspension bridge stretching over the mouth of the Storms river. Leaving the Garden Route, we will head to Port Elizabeth for a city orientation tour. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure either at the pool or a swim in the warm Indian ocean. Overnight Port Elizabeth.

Day Seventeen

With an early rise, we will head towards the Addo Elephant National Park, which has one of the densest elephant populations in Africa, for a game drive in an open vehicle accompanied by a game ranger. Thereafter, we will experience a vibrant township tour, embrace the township lifestyle, share insight into their history, culture, music, art and education. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure either at the pool, a swim in the warm Indian ocean or a walk along the seafront promenade. Overnight Port Elizabeth.

Day Eighteen

Enjoy breakfast and relax at the hotel before checking out. Do some last minute shopping before being transferred to the airport for your flight back home, where this unforgettable seventeen day tour comes to an end.  ‘BON VOYAGE’
