Day One

On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by me Germano your tour guide/driver, then transferred to your accommodation in the heart of Cape Town. Here you will spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure either at the pool or experience what the V&A Waterfront has to offer. Activities range from a cosmopolitan mix of cafe’s, restaurants, boutiques, craft markets, and curios shops. Overnight Cape Town.

Day Two

Today we start our day with a ferry ride to Robben Island. This is where Nelson Mandela and other political prisoners were once held. From here we walk, see, taste, learn and experience the culture and people that make Cape Town. Our last stop for the day will be a cable car journey up Table Mountain – one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Atop the mountain we marvel at the panoramic views of the city which you’ve spent the day exploring. Then watch the sunset as you reflect on your idyllic day in the Mother City. Overnight Cape Town.

Day Three

After breakfast, our Cape Point tour begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic Coast lined with the rugged peaks of the Twelve Apostle mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. We then take a short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur Seals. From here we continue along the breathtaking world famous Chapman’s Peak Drive as we make our way to the Good Hope Nature Reserve, home to array of fauna, birds, antelopes, ostrich and baboons. Here we will take a ride up in the Funicular tram to view the historical lighthouse and admire the view across False Bay. We then take a short drive to see the most South-Western point of the African Continent. Our next stop is at Boulders Beach to watch the colony of African Penguins in their natural habitat. Day Four

Early in the morning we head out towards the West Coast, where we will enjoy a breathtaking view of Table Mountain and Robben Island. We continue to Khwa Ttu Village (meaning ‘water hole’ in San) for a guided tour into the culture, heritage, skills and life of the San Tribe. Then to Darling for a tour of Darling Brewery and beer tasting.Thereafter we will travel to Paternoster, one of the oldest and most beautiful fishing villages on the West Coast with its remarkable coastline of jagged cliffs and white boulders. Overnight Cape Town.

Day Five

Today we embark on a full day wine tasting tour aboard a hop-on hop-off wine tram, of Stellenbosch and Franschoek, an area surrounded by majestic mountain ranges and fertile green valleys. We will be stopping in at a selection of wine estates during the wine tasting tour. The Winelands are steeped in rich Dutch, French and British history, here we will visit one of the longest rows of historical buildings, dating back to the beginning of the colony. Then spend the rest of the afternoon discovering the French – Inspired cafes, restaurants, boutiques and craft markets. Overnight Franschoek.

Day Six

Today we will travel through the picturesque Whale Route to Hermanus. We will begin our time in Hermanus with a guided whale watching boat trip. (Season dependent: June-December). Then to a  wine tasting experience in the Hemel-en-Ararde wine valley, meaning ‘heaven and earth’ in Afrikaans. We will spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure, beside the pool,or browse around the many, curios shops, boutiques, and craft markets or enjoy a walk along the seafront cliff paths. Overnight Hermanus.

Day Seven

After an early rise, we embark on an unforgettable journey to the most southern tip of Africa at Cape Agulhas, meaning ‘cape of needles’ in Portuguese, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet and a visit to the historical lighthouse. We then head to Mossel Bay passing through picturesque farmlands and countryside towns. We will visit the site and museum of the first landfall made by the Portuguese explorer Bartholomew Dias in 1488 and the ‘post office’ tree where early pioneers left mail for the homebound ships to Europe. Spend the late afternoon at leisure, before heading out to a sunset game drive. Overnight Game Reserve.

Day Eight

Today we will have an “OUT OF AFRICA” day as we witness the wildlife rising together with the African sun’s first ray over the authentic malaria-free private game reserve with breathtaking views of the river and the tranquil mountains. Enjoy a guided game viewing drive in an open safari vehicle accompanied by a game ranger. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure either relaxing at the bush spa, lounge beside the pool or browse the African curio shop, before heading out to a sunset game drive. Overnight Game Reserve.

Day Nine

After breakfast we travel to Oudtshoorn “The Ostrich Capital of the World” where you will enjoy a guided tour of an Ostrich farm and the world famous Cango Caves dating back millions of years. Then onto the gorgeous Garden Route town of Knysna famous for its oysters. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at your leisure either at the pool or experience what the Knysna Waterfront has to offer, ranging from cafe’s, restaurants, markets and boutiques or a swim in the warm Indian ocean. Overnight Knysna.

Day Ten

Today we’ll start our day with a boat trip on the Knysna Lagoon to the Featherbed Nature Reserve, where we will embark on a Eco-Experience on a open vehicle ride and guided walk, followed by a buffet lunch in an outdoor setting under a canopy of Milkwood trees overlooking the lagoon. Visit an Elephant, Monkey, and Bird sanctuary, at your own pace. Overnight Knysna.

Day Eleven

We will start our day driving to the Tsistskamma National Park. Khoisan for ‘The place of much water’ known for its indigenous forests and beautiful rugged coast line. On route we will stop at Bloukrans Bridge, home to the world’s highest bungee jump. We will walk through the dense forest path to see the oldest and tallest Yellow Tree in South Africa. We will then walk along the suspension bridge stretching over the mouth of the Storms river. Leaving the Garden route we head to Port Elizabeth for a city orientation tour. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure either at the pool or a swim in the warm Indian ocean. Overnight Port Elizabeth.

Day Twelve

With an early rise, we head towards the Addo Elephant National Park, which has one of the densest elephant populations in Africa for a game drive in an open vehicle accompanied by a game ranger. Thereafter we experience a vibrant township tour, embrace the township lifestyle, share insight into their history, culture, music, art and education. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure either at the pool, a swim in the warm Indian ocean or a walk along the seafront promenade. Overnight Port Elizabeth.

Day Thirteen

Enjoy breakfast and relax at the hotel before checking out. Do some last minute shopping before being transferred to the airport for your flight back home, where this unforgettable thirteen day tour comes to an end.  ‘BOM VOYAGE’ !!!!
